We’re back! After a summer hiatus Darren and David are ready to talk about Season Two of Stargate Universe, which premieres this Tuesday, September 28 at 9 p.m. (8 Central) on Syfy Channel. Joining us is our friend Diana Botsford, author of the new SG-1 novel “Four Dragons” and a big fan of Stargate herself.
We’ll discuss last season’s cliffhanger, the presence and motives of the Lucian Alliance, and character growth for our main players. We’ll also talk about Destiny and her mission, and raising the stakes in Season Two. Watch out for more spoilers in this show than we usually include — though if you’ve watched the Season Two trailers and read any interviews from the producers over the summer, we won’t get any more detailed than that.
With SGU‘s move to Tuesdays, our new day for releasing weekly podcasts will be Mondays, starting with our discussion of “Intervention” on October 4. We want to hear your voice on the show! Watch the season premiere of SGU this week, then call in to the GateWorld Podcast Hotline by Saturday to share your opinions on the episode.

Brilliant! Thanks! Been waiting and waiting :)
The line “Destiny could be the greatest discovery man kind has made since the discovery itself.” Is in the second episode at the end after Sen. Armstrong dies and Rush is talking to Chloe.
Been waiting for this, just started listening to the podcast, just felt I had Rockne by and comment one thing you said in the beginning, Greer and the other guy whose name just completely escaped me weren’t iuyside to fix something, the went out to access a shield override with which the could dial down the shield on the side facing away from the binary pulsar and put mor energy on the side facing it.
So we still don’t know why the ship hasn’t been able to go to FTP again.
Loved the podcast, guys. I think you should have Diana on more often as a recurring guest. Perhaps you could do a live link up when she’s off on her travels for the new book.
i have 12 podcasts left then i will cought up
i found the way that scott and greer didn’t get killed from the palsar was cool and how chloe’s gun shot woond heals so quickly i think shes becoming an ailen rush is still a bit to reckless with plans tho he does think he know what hes doing and i think young is becoming an alcoholic and Telford should take control as the military leader on the ship
