When Carter asks if Peter can make his own eyes glow, Williams promises to show only him and to give the audience a "thumb's up" or a "thumb's down" if he succeeds or fails. After Williams turns his back from the crowd, Carter's face arrives at shock -- and he soon delivers a "thumb's up!"
