Behind the scenes of Sanctuary

Thursday - March 15, 2007 | by Darren Sumner

Canada's Daily Planet show this week gave fans the first look at Sanctuary, the new virtual show starring Amanda Tapping ("Samantha Carter"). The show is written and executive produced by SG-1's Damian Kindler, and directed by long-time Stargate director Martin Wood.

The 6-minute spot includes interviews with Tapping and Wood, the first footage seen from the show, and a look at what it takes to create the virtual world. Sanctuary is filmed on a set that is almost entirely green screen, with the environment rendered later using 3D computer animation.

Press play below to watch the clip! Sanctuary makes its Internet debut this May.
