EXTRA! to air Atlantis segment

Beware of SPOILERS for the Stargate Atlantis Season Four episode "Harmony" in the report below.
In advance of SCI FI Channel's broadcast premiere of this week's episode of Stargate Atlantis, the entertainment industry news series EXTRA! will be airing a segment going behind-the-scenes of the latest episode, "Harmony," this Friday.
In the episode, Colonel Sheppard and Dr. McKay must protect a young princess making a pilgrimage to become queen. That mission becomes more dangerous when they learn that a former enemy -- Genii -- are trying to ensure the princess doesn't reach her destination, and that the Genii aren't the only ones trying to stop her.
EXTRA!'s coverage of the episode is due in part to the fact that one of their corespondents, Jerry Penacoli, appears in the episode as one of the Genii soldiers. Photos, video and a written description of the production that was done on the day Penacoli visited the set are available through Atlantis showrunner Joseph Mallozzi's blog.
Astute viewers will also notice the presence of young actress Jodelle Ferland, playing the part of the princess. Ferland has already appeared once in the Stargate universe, having played Adria at 7 years old in the Stargate SG-1 Season Ten premiere, "Flesh and Blood".
"Harmony" premieres Friday at 10 p.m. Eastern/Pacific on SCI FI. As EXTRA! is syndicated, airtimes for Friday's installment will vary by station and location. Check your local listings to be sure you don't miss it!
