I guess I’m stupid cuz I totally didnt expect the ship to just fly into the sun. It was awesome. I also didnt think it was obvious that Scott and Chloe were going to hook up. I saw no indication that she was interested in him before the episode, and even in “Light” I felt no chemistry. I find that Eli is so much better of a match that its almost insulting. I know Chloe claimed to feel close to Scott, but thats almost ludicrous. Did she only choose him over Eli because he is better looking? Considering the connection… Read more »
You know, if I didn’t know this was a podcast about a science fiction show, I’d think it was about some CW relationship drama.
That’s why I am having a hard time with this show. It’s far too soapy for my taste.
I am missing SG1 and SGA SO much now, it almost hurts.
Not trying to be a troll since I do watch SGU, before I get accused. Just replying.
@Sylvia I was actually glad when SGA got canceled in exchange for SGU at first, because it didnt live up to SG-1 in my mind. But now that I know what SGU is, I would easily give it up to have SGA back, as well as any other show I watch, besides Sanctuary. It may not have been as good as SG-1, imo, but at least it was Stargate.
@Clemontine lol your like the opposite of me: I was annoyed when SGA was cancelled as in my opinion it had least 1 year left in it. But my interest for SGU sparked and I have loved it so far and I wouldn’t trade it for SGA.
When you get right down to it its personal taste: Will be people who like it and people who don’t (As with any show).
That is part of the reason why I find naysayers arguments to be meaningless as at the end of the day it wont change anything.
@Scott Watson Agreed. I have no problem with ppl who love it, as long as they dont try to force it down my throat. But I am not a typical naysayer cuz I still think its worth watch, its just not up there in my fave things of the week, like SG-1 and SGA were.
