Goa'uld who ruled in the vicinity of Earth during the Babylonian era. When he was made aware of the Oannes envoy Omaroka and her attempts to bring the people against the gods, Belos went to Earth and eliminated her. Thousands of years later, Nem, Omaroka's mate, was still searching for her and the knowledge of her fate, hidden away in the textbook studies of Dr. Daniel Jackson.
