Aschen ambassador to the Tau'ri during the negotiations between his people and Earth. Like the rest of his race, he was void of any kind of personality or facial expression.
Borren commenced preliminary negotiations with Earth and completed several hours over the bargaining table with them. He was eager to move the discussions up to the state level.
When Samantha Carter and Ambassador Joseph Faxon broke the news to the Aschen that they were on to their deceptive plan to sterilize the population and eventually turn Earth into their next conquered world, Faxon charged at Borren and knocked him off his feet to allow Carter time to escape through the Stargate.
