Scientist working at Stargate Command, and lab assistant to Dr. Jay Felger. Though she has not spoken of it aloud, Chloe has unsuccessfully tried to communicate to Felger that she has personal feelings for him, and that she feels misplaced and useless just about as often as he does. However, she offers him support in whatever means he needs, and believes him to be a brilliant scientist.
Chloe participated in the development of a plasma weapon, and the Avenger computer virus.
