Belkan trader in possession of a disease-resistant strain of flax seed. According to Teyla Emmagan, he wished to make the Athosian people the equivalent of slaves in allowing her to acquire the seed. He held his ground against Ronon Dex when the Satedan disagreed with his opinion of Teyla's offer.
Unfortunately for Hendon, Dex forced his hand, and Teyla eventually brought several bags of the grain back to Atlantis.
