Weapons smuggler who sold three explosive devices to the Jaffa Arkad through Ba'kal. Ba'kal took the weapons and killed 32 Jaffa at a summit on Dar Eshkalon.
Lizan did not keep his hatred of the Jaffa a secret. Decades living under Jaffa subjugation at the hands of the Goa'uld turned his heart cold towards them, even after they gained their freedom. Teal'c, however, did not care. He interrupted Lizan's drinking at a bar, forcing him to disclose the whereabouts of Ba'kal.
