Major, commander of SG-17 during both his and SG-1's visit to Revanna. Mansfield had just been assigned Lieutenant Elliot. When Goa'uld ships entered Tok'ra scanning range O'Neill ordered SG-17 to aid in the Tok'ra evacuation. Mansfield, and the rest of his team (minus Elliot) died in a rock fall.
