Tok'ra operative from the Risa system who worked alongside Malek. Ocker was one of the many Tok'ra who evacuated through the Stargate to the Alpha Site. He had difficulty cooperating and living with Jaffa on the base, whose basic fundamental beliefs were in conflict with his own. The Jaffa had, after all, been enemies of the Tok'ra for millennia.
Ocker was killed by an ashrak blade.
