Lab assistant of Dr. Bill Lee. He was called to Lee's lab when Bill suspected that Colonel Cameron Mitchell and Colonel Samantha Carter's absence was due to miniaturization. Ronald and Lee fenced off the area and began to calculate the distance Mitchell and Carter could travel on "tiny legs."
In reality, Mitchell and Carter were kicked out of phase by a dimension shifting device.
