Black Ops officer under the command of Colonel John Michaels. Thomas, along with Captain Jack O'Neill and Charles Kawalsky, traveled to East Germany in 1982 to capture Boris, a Russian agent who had fortified himself in a remote home.
The mission was a failure, resulting in the death of the team leader. It is not known if Thomas survived.
