Night-watch security guard at Immunitech Research, based in Steveston, Oregon. Tobin was intercepted by Dr. Richard Flemming who claimed to be in pursuit by people who only chased after him at night. Flemming wanted to know if Tobin could supply him with a gun. When Flemming went missing after a horrific car crash, Tobin believed working at Immunitech was far too risky.
