Scientist who traveled to the Pegasus Galaxy with the initial Atlantis expedition. Wagner and Johnson investigated a research laboratory that contained at least one viral agent that broke containment when the city was hit by a hurricane. After twelve hours of exposure the hallucinatory virus, which only took six hours to proliferate in their systems, killed both Wagner and Johnson.
