High-ranking member of the Trust with direct ties to former vice president Robert Kinsey. When President Henry Hayes discovered Kinsey's connections to the ex-N.I.D. Mr. Wayne and his associates, Mr. Kent and Mr. Parker, severed their ties with him.
While the Trust were spreading symbiote poison to various Goa'uld worlds the Goa'uld located and implanted them, then returned them to Earth. Mr. Wayne, likely on Earth the entire time, was then implanted with a Goa'uld of his own. Wayne and his associates called Kinsey forward, requesting his assistance. Aware of Robert's mutual respect for Russian defense minister Miroslav Kiselev, the Trust intended to make it appear that they wished to implant a Goa'uld in the official. This was a ruse, as they already had, but it captured the attention of Stargate Command and pushed the country towards nuclear war with Russia.
Mr. Wayne and the rest of his staff were aboard a Goa'uld Al'kesh as it attempted to destroy the United States Air Force vessel Prometheus in Earth orbit. Prometheus brought its weapons to bear, destroying the Al'kesh.
Wayne was fond of cigars.
