Stargate Command engineer dispatched to Revanna with SG-1 to repair Yu's damaged tel'tak. This tel'tak would then be flown to Earth's solar system in the hopes of using the craft to deposit a powerful weapon on the surface of an asteroid which was spiraling toward the planet. After their work was done Carter instructed them to dial the Alpha Site, where they were expected.
Webber, and likely Spellman, were part of the X-301 project, the team who overlooked Apophis's recall device.
