AVERIUM
Approximate to a "graduation," Averium is given to Orbanian Urrone children when their information-gathering stage is completed, typically around the age of thirteen.
Averium extracts all nanites within an Urrone child's body, removing the developed neural pathways as well. All knowledge the child possessed would be dispersed (one nannocyte per Orbanian) to the entire population.
This procedure left the child essentially a vegetable, until SG-1 proved they were merely regressed to an infant frame of mind. The child was still capable of learning, but through teaching, which was foreign to the Orbanians.
