Radio call sign devised by Dr. Rodney McKay and Lieutenant Aiden Ford, but rejected by Major John Sheppard. Later, Atlantis personnel would settle on Jumper One, Two, etc. -- short for Sheppard's name for the ships, "Puddle Jumpers.
