WELCOME TO KREE!
Welcome to the first ever edition of Kree!, a new GateWorld column for my own little self-indulgent diatribes. Kree! will be updated at least once each week. Basically, it's to provide me with a platform to ramble on about issues that don't require an entire article ("What's the deal with Carter's hair?" "Why isn't anyone visiting the Web site?"), or just isn't about Stargate ("I spent $200 on The Simpsons periphenalia today." "Did you enjoy that episode of 'Win Ben Stein's Money' as much as I did?").
Why call it Kree!? Well, if you're any kind of SG-1 fan you ought to know the answer to that. "Kree" is Goa'uld for "attention, listen up, concentrate ... yoo-hoo!" Makes sense, huh?
I think it's only fitting that ol' Apophis there is the official mascot of the column.
