Major stationed at the Pentagon. Gibson came to the S.G.C. to inform General Hank Landry that the international community had decided to put its financial weight behind the Atlantis expedition -- no doubt because they have no say of the affairs of U.S.-run Stargate Command. She relayed the message that General Jack O'Neill suggested Landry take his case directly to Senator Fisher himself -- which he did shortly after meeting with her.
