Frequency modulator chip

Prototype chip designed to manipulate the frequency of a standard Kull disruptor. This device may be entirely fictional or not needed, as the Kull warriors within the Foxtrot Alpha Six simulation were the only super-soldiers which have required the modulator chip to be put down.
