Planet originally on SG-1's mission list, locked out of the Stargate Command dialing computer.
In an alternate reality SG-1 visited P4C-970 and encountered the Aschen, so this is either a world under their Confederation banner or is indeed their home planet, but because it was not visited in the new timeline this is only a presumption.
