Eurondanpilotingunit.jpg

A "virtual reality" neural interface device used by Eurondan pilots while they controlled their automated aero fighters. A user sits back in the chair, which then comes forward into a green dome, transforming into a view of one of the aero fighters, often in formation with other fighters.

A user primarily controls the piloting unit via a direct neural interface which analyzes the oculars of a human to determine the proper intent and takes appropriate action. Hand controls are secondary.

Prolonged exposure in the piloting unit is eventually deteriorating to the human mind, leaving prolonged users in a catatonic state.

KEY EPISODE
