A portion of the vessel appears as a large spike, which extends from the ventral side of the ship during launch. The ship was reactivated when Osiris, in the body of Dr. Sarah Gardner, arrived with the key to activate the ship to take her away from Earth and rejoin the Goa'uld.
Osiris may have abandoned the vessel shortly after leaving Earth, as she used a cargo ship for her meeting with Zipacna. When she returned to Earth two years later, she brought a different vessel: a cloaked Al'kesh.
