Atoniek armbands
From The Stargate Omnipedia
Made by a long-dead race called the Atonieks,these are devices that, once applied to the arm, give the wearer superhuman abilities, most notably improved strength and speed. According to the Tok'ra Anise, who spent much of her career studying them, the devices predate Goa'uld history.
